The first meeting in Germany
In december 2012 Mrs. Carrion from Spain visited the primary school in Klosterfelde, Brandenburg, Germany for the first time. Mrs. Lemzer and Mrs. Carrion worked together at the Comenius-Project-Application. In winter it is a typical German tradition to visit christmasmarkets (German "Weihnachtsmarkt"). In Klosterfelde we had made our own with pupils, parents and teachers. You can see it here:
The second meeting in Turkey
In Sivas (Turkey) was the final voting of the Comenius-Logo-Competition. The best three works were evaluated by teacher from Spain, Turkey and Germany. The winner is
from Turkey. Congratulation from all of us!
Theater for UNICEF
On 6th december we enjoyed a play of pupils of 5th and 6th grade under the leadership of our headmaster Frank Hamann. The takings of this evening were donated to our UNICEF-Project. A couple of kids collected the money in self-made piggybanks.
UNICEF-Day in Sevilla
UNICEF-Project in Sivas
We decided to organize a charity bazaar-kermis for Unicef-Children of Syria on 11th February, 2014. Firstly, our students drew or painted some posters and pictures in Art lesson for creating awareness about the children of Syria at school. They sticked or hanged them on the walls and windows of the school. Parents of our students made and brought a lot of home-made sweet rolls, pastries, cakes, milk and chocolate puddings, bakery products, beverages,.. etc. Our students and some of their parents, also teachers ate them at the intervals and donate for the children of Syria during two days at school. We collected about 460 Euros at the end of this charity activity. Of course, all of our students were very happy at the end of the kermis and enjoyed it very much.
Red Hand Day 12.02.2014
Red Hand Day on 12th February and the campaign to stop the use of child soldiers are existing for over 10 years. Hundreds and thousands of handprints have been collected in more than 50 countries and handed over to politicians and to responsible parties, including UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. There is progress, but there are still 250,000 child soldiers in the world. (source: http://www.redhandday.org/index.php?id=4&L=0)
The primary school of Klosterfelde collected on this day 153 „red hands“.

Students, parents and teacher made a charity market for UNICEF. They sold many treats and donated the profit for
UNICEF.
The third meeting in Spain
From March, 9th to March, 15th 2014 two delegations from Turkey and Germany visited El Viso, Andalusia, Spain. The spanish Hosts (headmaster Magdalena Snachez Garcia, Javier Navarro Zafra, Elena Carrion Gandul, Laura Guerrero Diaz, Carmen Ramirez Romero, Juan and Manoli) gave the guests an unforgettable week with a lot of highlights and productive work on the Comenius-Project.
A lot of teacher from school Gil Lopez cares every day for the delegation-members. We had the possibility to see some interessting places, for example the town hall of El Viso (with an excellent guide and an audience!), Carmona, Cordoba and Sevilla. The „teacher-guides“ gave their best to tell most interesting things about the history of their hometowns. It was amazing how we overcame languagebarriers to talk about schoolsystems, teaching, social problems, geography and local history. I think this will be the concept of the Comenius-Coorperation.
From our deep hearts we have to thanks our wonderful hosts for this visit and the inspiring view on the work at C.E.I.P Gil Lopez!

The visit in Sivas
From october 13th to october 17th 2014 we had a our second meeting with pupils, in Sivas. I think, there is only one word to describe the week in Turkey: Outstanding! Our hosts showed us how they work day by day in school and a lot of cultural, natural and historical sights in Sivas an Cappadokia. It was very interesting to learn many things about Turkey.
Germany - once again
From december 8th to december 12th 2014 we were proud to host our partners from Sivas and El Viso del Arcor
again. The delegations of both countries could visit the German capital Berlin and the sights of Potsdam, capital of Brandenburg. During the week we often talked about the project and the
activitis in our contries. The mayor of Wandlitz, Dr. Jana Radant, received the guests in the city hall and told something about the community. On every evening we made a culinary expedition
through the German cuisine. Our culinary trip was going from Bavaria (Hofbräuhaus) abouve a cooking evening (Conradinum) to the coast (our headmaster smoked by himself fish). We finished our week
with the traditional christmas market at the primary school Klosterfelde and a farewell firework. We hope to see our spanish and turkish friends as fast as possible to work straight on the

Project "Boardgames" in Germany
In Dezember every class in Klosterfelde played their favorite boardgames.
Charity-Bazaar in Sivas (March 2015)
We organised a kermis-charity bazaar for donating the Syrian children who are affected from the war. Most of the parents of our pupils prepared and brought sweet and salty foods, cakes, cookies, pastries, beverages,etc... to our school on March 4th 2015. Our pupils and also some of their parents and neighbours ate and drank something at the intervals during that day and donated. One of the local TV station in our city recorded the kermis and showed it in the news program on that night. At the end of the day, our pupils had enjoyable time and they were very happy for donating.
Schoolmeeting in Malaga
From may 11th to may 16th 2015 we had the great oppurtunity to meet us in Malaga. From monday to saturday created our spanish hosts a fantastic week with a lot of highlights. You can read about it in the part "Schülerarbeiten" on this homepage. A couple of beautiful impressions you will see in the following gallery.
The final meeting in Germany
In June 2015 we met us for the last time. Pupils and students from El Viso and Sivas visited us once again. Our guests spent the
days in the youthhostel Wandlitz at the beautiful landscape of the lake Wandlitz. At the four full days we had to pass a lot of activities: meeting in the school, different activities at the
firebrigade Klosterfelde, BBQ with german, spanish, turkish kids to improve the english languague, sightseeingtour in Berlin, trip to the liftlock in Niederfinow, some sports and a lot of
conversations about culture, hobbies, families and many more of everyone.
It was a worthy final of two fantastic years!
